At WoolBorne, every piece is crafted with care and intention. Because we create handcrafted items in small batches, our shipping and return policies are designed to support both the quality of our work and your satisfaction as a customer.


📦 Shipping Information

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Ship within 3–5 business days
  • Made-to-order items: Please allow additional time as specified on the product page

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, we may ship them together once the full order is ready.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, or another reliable carrier based on your location and the size of your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—these will be clearly noted at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.


🌍 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Customers are responsible for:

  • All customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Ensuring their country’s import regulations permit the products ordered

Please note that international delivery times vary and may take 2–4 weeks depending on customs.


🛠️ Order Issues or Damage

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of delivery at info@woolborne.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake or defect

To initiate a return, contact us at info@woolborne.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs) within 7 business days.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items marked as “final sale”

💡 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like to order a different item, please return the original and place a new order separately.
