Each WoolBorne piece is made by hand using natural materials, meant to be lived with and enjoyed over time.

Because of the nature of these pieces, all sales are considered final. Each piece is photographed individually so you can see exactly what you are acquiring.

If your piece arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@woolborne.com. We will work with you to resolve the situation with care.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you have any questions before acquiring a piece, you are always welcome to reach out.

Each WoolBorne piece is meant to be lived with and enjoyed over time.
 
If your piece ever requires repair due to normal use, you are welcome to reach out. I will assess each situation individually and offer guidance or repair when possible.
 
Because each piece is one-of-one, repairs may vary depending on the materials and structure of the original work.
